About

The hard part of AI stopped being technical

Assisted Intelligence exists because the hard part of AI stopped being technical. Access is solved. Agreement is not.

01

What we believe

  • Clarity before scale.
  • Judgment before automation.
  • Outcomes before activity.

Clarity before scale, because scaling an unclear operating model multiplies the confusion. Judgment before automation, because the decisions worth automating are the ones that most need a human to remain accountable. Outcomes before activity, because activity is easy to produce and difficult to defend.

How we work

We facilitate, we write things down, and we come back to check. We work bilingually in English and Spanish. We will tell a leadership team when they are not ready for the largest thing we offer, because sending an organization into an intervention it cannot absorb wastes their money and our reputation.

Where we are

Assisted Intelligence is a founder stage practice. The framework comes from long careers in enterprise transformation, instructional design, and executive facilitation, and it is being applied under this name now. We would rather say that plainly than imply a history we do not have.
