Background

Bryan Agosto is Co-Founder and Executive AI Operating Strategist at Assisted Intelligence and founder of AgileKnow, where he helps leaders move organizations from activity and ambiguity toward clarity, informed decisions, and measurable outcomes. With more than 15 years of experience across enterprise transformation, organizational design, technology, facilitation, and leadership development, Bryan has worked in complex global environments spanning financial services, healthcare, aviation, consumer products, and other large-scale enterprises. His work has centered on helping leadership teams understand how strategy becomes operating behavior, how decisions move through an organization, and how systems can be redesigned around the outcomes that matter most. Today, Bryan focuses on one of the most consequential leadership questions created by artificial intelligence: not simply what AI can do, but what it should know, what it should be allowed to decide, where human judgment must remain accountable, and how organizations can prove that AI is creating value. His approach combines executive facilitation, decision architecture, organizational context design, workflow transformation, and practical AI implementation. Rather than treating AI as a collection of tools or isolated pilots, Bryan helps leaders develop a coherent operating model for how humans and intelligent systems work together. His AI education includes MIT Sloan's Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy and Designing AI Products and Services programs, along with the IBM AI Developer Professional Certificate. Bryan works bilingually in English and Spanish and brings a practitioner perspective grounded in enterprise transformation rather than technology theater.
