Executive Briefings and Leadership Labs

The expensive problem in most enterprises is not a missing capability. It is six executives who each believe the AI question has already been settled, in six different ways, and have never had to reconcile that in the same room.

CIO, COO, CFO, CTO, CISO, CAIO, CDO, CHRO, business unit presidents, transformation leaders, and private equity operating partners.

01

What happens in the room

  1. Every AI initiative in flight goes on one wall, with its cost and its owner.
  2. The disagreements get named out loud and written down, by the people who hold them.
  3. Decisions get sorted: what AI may recommend, draft, act on within limits, or never touch.
  4. The team agrees on the measures it will accept as proof of value, before the next commitment.
  5. You leave with a short list: what to stop, what to redesign, and what has earned scale.

Formats

Executive briefing

Around 90 minutes with your leadership team or board. The decision boundary, what your peers are actually finding, and the three questions your organization has not answered yet.

Half day leadership lab

Facilitated working session. Your initiative inventory on the wall, the disagreements named, and a first decision rights map for AI in your organization.

Full day leadership lab

The half day, plus one consequential workflow redesigned end to end and the measures this team will accept as proof that it worked.

We scope and price after a short conversation about the decisions you are facing. There is no standard package, because there is no standard leadership team.
