What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site, plus a small amount of technical information that comes with any web request.

• Contact details you provide: name, email, and optionally organization, role, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Your answers to the diagnostic, and the read it produced.
• Anything you write in a message field.
• Your language preference and the country code Cloudflare attaches to the request.
• A record of the consent choices you made, with the date and the version of this policy.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to run the workshop, briefing, or partnership conversation you asked about, and to understand which problems bring people here so we build the right things. That is the whole list.

What we will never do

• We do not sell personal information.
• Sponsors and partners never receive participant data, individually or in a list.
• We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ticked that box yourself. It is never pre-checked.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third party analytics profiles on this site.

Where it is stored

In a Cloudflare D1 database operated by Assisted Intelligence. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is a challenge for automated traffic rather than a tracker.

If we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it measures page traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation you started is live, and afterwards as a record of what was asked and agreed. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where a consent record has to be retained to show what you agreed to.

Your choices

Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw marketing consent. We will act on it. No form required, an email is enough.

What we do not claim

Assisted Intelligence holds no privacy or security certification. This page describes what we actually do rather than a standard we have been audited against. If a certification is obtained later, this page will say so and name it.
